Steel Building for Golf Club in Oxfordshire
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a significant full turnkey project for Feldon Valley Golf Club in Oxfordshire. Our mandate was to design and construct a state-of-the-art welfare facility for their dedicated Greenkeeping team.
This extensive project underscored our capability to manage every aspect from conception to completion. Our comprehensive scope included all necessary groundworks. For example, the erection of the robust steel building, and its elegant external cladding with Red Cedar Wood. As a result the structure, measuring an impressive 7.4 metres wide by 28 metres long with 3.4-metre eaves, incorporated two roller shutter doors, four personal access doors, and high-quality aluminum windows.
In fact, internally we executed a full fit-out. A modern kitchen/dining area, a dedicated laundry space, a shower room, and both standard and disabled toilet facilities. Our meticulous planning ensured all essential services, including full electrical, plumbing, foul, and sewage works, were seamlessly integrated. Initiated in January 2017 with site clearance, the steel frame was erected by February, demonstrating our efficient project management.
As a result this project stands as a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions,. As well as meeting precise client specifications and exceeding expectations. We are proud to have provided Feldon Valley Golf Club with a durable and comfortable facility built to last.

Steel-Framed Warehouse Solution Erected for Doncaster Company
A Doncaster company needed a customized warehousing solution. As a result, they chose a pre-fabricated steel building for a functional extension that matched their existing facilities. The new steel-framed building measured 12m x 24m, with a 5m height to the eaves, fulfilling their spatial requirements.
The warehouse utilized single skin in Ocean Blue cladding, carefully chosen to seamlessly match the client’s existing buildings. This color consistency highlighted the customizable nature of the steel-framed structures. All available in a diverse palette of colors.
Despite a harsh winter, exacerbated by the challenging roller shutter door and limited site access points, the dedicated project team achieved a significant milestone. They successfully erected the robust steel frame atop the meticulously prepared footings! Then they efficiently poured the foundational concrete base. This sequence, executed under such difficult conditions, proved remarkably effective, showcasing the team’s adaptability and determination.
In conclusion, managing the fire boundary conditions was a paramount concern for the project. To achieve the required fire resistance, steel fire protection, insulated cladding, and fire base cleats were thoughtfully integrated across two elevations, ensuring the wall and stanchions met all specified safety standards.
